I have a deep king-size mattress which this fits perfectly with a little room to spare. I have 2 dogs that sleep on the bed so I've washed the protector many times. I have one dog who licks her paws and always leaves wet areas on the sheets. The protector works like a charm and keeps the mattress protected from stains and wetness. It doesn't make any crinkling sounds either. One side is like a thin terry cloth towel and the other side a very smooth vinyl-like material. I'm giving this products 2-thumbs up! I have sent one also to my parents in India and they said that they too loved it. It Doesnt produce any heat like other protectors. V r sleeping comfortably for 8-9 hrs.. I am glad i bought this to protect my expensive memory foam mattress. I woudl definitely recommend this and would surely buy another one when required. Much cheaper to get this which can be be washed a hundred times than to have to buy a new mattress. Overall a well chosen buy.
